Core Definition And Working Principles Of Manual Pallet Trucks

The manual pallet truck - commonly referred to as a "pallet jack" or "manual forklift" - is fundamentally designed to facilitate the horizontal movement and minor vertical lifting of palletized goods. Its basic working principle is as follows: the operator inserts the vehicle's forks into the entry slots of a standard pallet; by manually pumping the handle, the operator activates a built-in hydraulic pump, generating hydraulic pressure that lifts the forks - and consequently the pallet and its cargo - clear of the ground. Subsequently, the operator can manually pull or push the device to transport the goods to their intended destination; finally, by manipulating a pressure-release valve, the forks are lowered to complete the placement of the cargo. The entire process requires no external power source and is accomplished entirely through human effort.
