Background

Q: What is your manufacturing history, and do you have experience working with top global brands?

A: Our manufacturing base in Ningbo has been producing warehouse equipment since 1983. We have 40+ years manufacturing experience serving clients across more than 100 countries.

Core Components and Specifications

Q: Are the key components of Carryup material handling equipment manufactured in-house?

A: Unlike many manufacturers who only assemble bought-in components, 99% of our core components are in-house developed and manufactured by ourselves, including key parts such as motors, power steering, drive units, hydraulic units, and electronic modules. This vertical integration gives us full control over quality and ensures long-term, seamless spare parts supply.

Q: What kind of steel do you use for the chassis, mast, and forks?

A: We use high-quality BaoSteel (宝钢) for our forks and mast frames rather than cheap, inferior C-channel steel. This guarantees superior rigidity, higher load capacity, and long-term resistance to deformation under heavy daily industrial use.

Q: Can Carryup supply individual spare parts instead of replacing a complete assembly?

A: Yes. Since we manufacture 99% of our core components in-house, we offer both individual sub-components and complete assemblies. If a part fails, you can simply replace that specific damaged component rather than the entire assembly, saving up to 90% on spare part costs.

Q: Can you customize fork dimensions or provide different mast options (e.g., 3-stage full free mast)?

A: Yes, absolutely. We offer a full range of custom solutions, including custom fork lengths/widths, specialized attachments, and various mast height options (such as 2-stage standard or 3-stage full-free masts for low-clearance areas). We also support full stainless steel customization for food or cold-storage environments.

custom made

Q: Do you offer OEM and private labeling services for our local market?

A: Yes. We have 40+ years manufacturing experience serving clients across more than 100 countries and regions. We can provide custom machine colors, private logo branding, and customized packaging according to your market requirements.

Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Can we start with a trial order/sample unit?

A: We support flexible ordering for new distributors to test our quality and market response. Trial orders or small-batch sample orders are welcome. Please contact our sales team directly and let us know your specific model requirements.

Logistics and Shipping

Q: How is container loading calculated for Carryup material handling equipment?

A: Loading quantity depends on model, dimensions, mast configuration and packaging. Carryup can provide a loading plan based on the selected models and order quantity. For instance, a standard 40HQ container can fit up to 18–30 units of electric pallet trucks or 10–14 units of electric stackers (by optimizing mast disassembly or vertical nesting). Our logistics engineers provide 3D container loading diagrams for every quote to maximize space utilization and minimize your per-unit freight cost.

Q: What is Carryup's typical production lead time?

A: Thanks to our in-house manufacturing of 99% of core components, our standard lead time from deposit receipt to FOB port departure is exceptionally fast: under 15 days for standard electric models, while lead time for customized equipment depends on configuration and order quantity.

Q: How do you package machines to prevent ocean moisture, salt fog corrosion, and frame scratches during long-term transit?

A: All export units undergo export-grade protective packaging: machine bodies are wrapped with thick anti-corrosion VCI stretch film, critical electrical parts are sealed, and the entire unit is bolted/strapped with heavy-duty steel chocks and reinforced nylon strapping directly to the container floor. For high-humidity long-distance routes, we also provide optional wooden crate or steel-frame packaging.

Compliance Certification

Q: Do Carryup products have CE certification for European markets?

A: Yes, absolutely. All our electric and motorized warehouse equipment is CE certified and fully complies with relevant EU Machinery Directives (MD 2006/42/EC), Low Voltage Directive (LVD), and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) regulations. We provide the official CE Certificates and Declaration of Conformity (DoC) with complete technical files for European customs clearance and local registration.

Q: Is your manufacturing facility ISO 9001 certified? How do you ensure product consistency and process compliance?

A: Yes. Our manufacturing facilities operate under strict ISO 9001 Quality Management System. From raw material intake (such as premium steel sourcing) to final assembly and 48-hour electronic testing, every step follows standardized quality control processes to ensure batch-to-batch product consistency.

Q: Do you have products certified for food/pharma environments (e.g., Stainless Steel models or RoHS compliant materials)?

A: Yes. We offer specialized equipment using high-grade 304/316 Stainless Steel bodies, IP-rated water/dust resistant enclosures, and non-marking PU wheels designed for GMP-compliant, cold-storage, chemical, and food/beverage cleanroom environments. Our electronic components also meet relevant RoHS hazardous substance restriction guidelines.

After-sales Service

Q: How do you handle after-sales service and support process for overseas distributors?

A: We provide 24/7 dedicated technical support with guaranteed rapid inquiry acknowledgment and solutions. For warranty replacement parts, we dispatch fast-tracked express delivery via international couriers (DHL/FedEx) to minimize equipment downtime. Additionally, we provide overseas dealers with a comprehensive maintenance database, complete technical manuals, and electrical wiring diagrams to enable fast on-site diagnostics and reduce local service costs.

Q: How do you help international dealers reduce local after-sales maintenance costs?

A: We provide a full dataset for failure prediction, repair guidelines, and maintenance procedures. This data-backed system helps overseas dealers quickly diagnose issues on-site, cutting dealer after-sales service costs by up to 60%.

Q: How do you ensure equipment reliability and test machines before shipping?

A: We execute 100% Quality Control inspection before delivery. Every unit undergoes a 48-hour electronic components test alongside comprehensive functional checks covering noise, driving, lifting, and welding integrity.

Q: How fast is your technical support and after-sales service response?

A: For service inquiries, our support team acknowledges inquiries within 1 hour and provides technical solutions within 3 hours, backed by 24-hour dedicated after-sales support.
