What Are The Adverse Effects Of Operating An Electric Stacker Under High-temperature And High-humidity Conditions?

As users, everyone naturally hopes that their electric stackers will serve them for a long time and consistently deliver optimal performance during operation. To achieve this, a crucial requirement is to ensure that the equipment is operated under suitable environmental conditions - specifically, by avoiding its use in environments characterized by high temperatures and high humidity. The following section outlines how to prevent such issues.

First, operating an electric stacker in high-temperature conditions impairs the engine's heat dissipation capabilities. Consequently, if the engine overheats, the equipment's power output and performance will be adversely affected; this, in turn, exacerbates wear and tear during operation and ultimately shortens the equipment's service life.

Second, operating an electric stacker in high-humidity conditions exposes the equipment's metal structural components to a highly corrosive environment. Under such operating conditions, the equipment becomes highly susceptible to rusting.

Finally, operating an electric stacker in conditions of both high temperature and high humidity causes the internal lubricating oil to thin out. As a result, the equipment fails to achieve adequate lubrication, which accelerates mechanical wear during operation and ultimately prevents the equipment from achieving a long operational lifespan.
