Operation And Maintenance Of Manual Stackers

1. The hydraulic fluid must be filtered to ensure cleanliness, and a sufficient fluid level must be maintained.

2. Before use, inspect the stacker to ensure it is in proper working condition and check for any loose components.

3. Loads must be distributed evenly across the forks; do not exceed the rated load capacity.

4. Upon completion of operations, unload any heavy objects; do not allow heavy loads to remain resting on the forks for extended periods.

5. When lowering a load, operate the return valve handle slowly and gently to prevent sudden, rapid descent, which could create unsafe conditions. When a load is descending rapidly, do not abruptly close the return valve; the inertial acceleration generated during rapid descent creates significant force, and a sudden closure of the valve could result in damage to the mechanical components or the cargo.

6. To convert the unit, use both hands to lift the front edge of the platform panel, pull it outward, and remove it; the unit can then be utilized as a pallet truck or pallet stacker.

7. The brakes on the rear wheels are provided to ensure safety during operation. Whenever the forks are being raised under load - or when the unit is being utilized as a work platform - the brakes must be engaged by stepping on the pedal to prevent the stacker from rolling.
